Key Responsibilities Acts as a coding liaison, providing education to departments and representing coding on project teams Facilitates coder development through training and audits Analyzes and resolves coding-related billing edits and denials, collaborating with leadership and customers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of inpatient coding experience Certification in area of expertise (CCS, RHIA, or RHIT) No supervisory experience required Preferred experience of 5-10 years
