Key Responsibilities Accurately and productively code/abstract patient health documentation Utilize coding abilities to review flagged cases for accuracy Assist in coding quality reviews/audits and training of new coders Required Qualifications Associates or higher-level degree in a Health Information Management discipline Completion of at least one AHIMA certified program with a professional credential preferred 1-3 years inpatient coding experience Skilled knowledge of MS Office suite Strong technical background and electronic medical record experience
