Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Coder (CCS) to support one or more clients remotely. You will review documentation, assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, and query physicians to clarify entries in a fast-paced remote setting.
Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy, meet productivity targets (16 encounters/day, 2/hour, 30 minutes per encounter), and work across multiple systems. Epic experience and trauma coding skills are required.
