Cognizant is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coder (CCS certified) to support one or more clients in a remote, home-based role. You will review medical documentation, assign ICD-10-CM diagnoses and ICD-10-PCS procedures, and query physicians to ensure accurate coding while meeting quality and productivity standards.
The role requires facility-based inpatient coding experience, Level 1 Trauma experience, Epic proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
