MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education - High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred Experience - 1-2 years of experience in medical coding, with a focus on outpatient and ancillary coding preferred Licenses & Certification - Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based (CCS-P), or equivalent outpatient/ancillary certification required.
