About the role You will join a team that partners with healthcare organizations to strengthen their revenue cycle. As a coder, you’ll deliver accurate, compliant coding for clients who count on you to get it right. Many of our client sites have limited on-site coding support, so you’ll work independently, communicate clearly with providers, and own the quality of your work. This is a 100% remote, 12-month W2 contract role with flexible scheduling between 6am and 6pm in your local time zone (40 hours a week). Successful candidate could have the opportunity to extend or convert to full-time employment. You will work alongside a growing team with opportunities for cross-training.    What you’ll do Assign accurate diagnosis, procedure, and service codes using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS (where applicable), CPT, and HCPCS Level II.
