To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Medical Billing Supervisor will manage a team of billers, ensuring efficient revenue cycle management and compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations of billing staff, ensuring timely and accurate professional billing Resolve claim issues and maintain customer relations to maximize reimbursement for member clients Conduct quality reviews and provide training, coaching, and development for the billing team Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred 5 years of healthcare experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role Experience with EPIC practice management system and PB Claims preferred Knowledge of Medicare billing systems and healthcare regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills
