Certified Home Health Coder, seeking a per diem professional to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and review OASIS assessment items, requiring independent work in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Timely and accurate review of patient records at OASIS timepoints including SOC, ROC, Recert, Transfer & Discharge Communicate directly with internal and agency clinical staff as needed Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participate in monthly meetings as required Required Qualifications Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and medical terminology is required Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
