A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst who is motivated to participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret payer coverage and payment policies across all payers Support reimbursement projects through policy interpretation, data analysis, and reporting Conduct analytical reviews and audits related to coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes Required Qualifications: Associate degree preferred or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in reimbursement, billing, or business analytics Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required Experience reviewing and applying payer coverage and payment policies Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial reimbursement Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
