Key Responsibilities Coding and abstracting of both Inpatient and Outpatient material Responsible for equitable distribution of work and ensuring timely processing of charts Performs ongoing quality monitoring and provides feedback to staff and management Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Must have one of the following coding certifications at time of hire: HCS-D, CCS, CCA, CCS-P, CPC-A, CPC-H-A, CPC-H or CPC One to three years of experience as a coder
