A company is looking for an Acute Coding Quality Review Auditor (Remote). Key Responsibilities Conducts quality reviews and audits for hospital inpatient and outpatient coding to ensure compliance with coding guidelines Prepares detailed audit reports and facilitates the coder audit appeal process, providing education to the coding team Maintains up-to-date knowledge of medical coding practices and identifies educational opportunities for staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Five years' acute care inpatient and/or outpatient coding experience: Required Three years' coding auditing/monitoring experience: Preferred Certified Coding Specialist credential through AHIMA: Required
