Key Responsibilities Lead advanced coding education for individual and large provider groups using remote methods Design and implement specialty-specific documentation and coding training programs Analyze coding performance indicators to identify training needs and coordinate sessions accordingly Required Qualifications Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC) 7+ years of experience in coding CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS In-depth knowledge of AMA CPT and CMS ICD-10 coding guidelines Proficient in Google Office Suite and relevant software applications Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and navigating EHRs
