Key Responsibilities Review clinical documentation and apply appropriate ICD-10 and PCS Diagnosis codes for coding and billing Maintain compliance with coding guidelines and achieve a coding accuracy of 95% while meeting productivity standards Communicate with physicians regarding documentation discrepancies and ensure timely coding of charts Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience coding Inpatient records 3+ years of experience with ICD-10 and PCS coding Must hold one of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, or CPC
