Key Responsibilities: Perform quality coding of medical records and maintain knowledge of coding principles and regulations Ensure accurate coding of services documented in patient charts, achieving 95% accuracy and maintaining productivity standards Collaborate with coding and billing teams to resolve coding-related issues and ensure compliance with guidelines Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HCC Risk Adjustment Coding CPC or CRC certification from AAPC Experience with EMR systems Strong knowledge of Federal & State Coding regulations and guidelines
