A company is looking for a Multispecialty Remote Pro Fee Coder - E/M Coding. Key Responsibilities: Select and sequence ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and Evaluation and Management codes Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses, procedures, and discharge disposition Required Qualifications: An active AHIMA or AAPC credential Two years of recent and relevant hands-on coding experience Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD-10, and CPT/HCPCS code sets Ability to consistently code at a 95% quality threshold Proficient in MS Office applications
