Key Responsibilities Understanding and translating CPT, HCPC, ICD-9/ICD-10 codes for HCC abstraction Reviewing medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with coding guidelines Identifying, compiling, and coding patient data using standard classification systems Required Qualifications 2+ years of Medical Coding experience High School Diploma / GED RHIT, Certified Professional Coder, or Certified Coding Specialist certification Proficiency in CPT-4, HCPC, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Healthcare Delivery System
