To support healthcare organizations, the part-time Certified Same Day Surgery Coder will code Same Day Surgery, Observations, and Emergency Department records, including injections and infusions, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Code Same Day Surgery, Observations, and ED records accurately, including injections and infusions Review and assign appropriate CPT codes for recurring records Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in coding practices Required qualifications Active CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA credential Two (2) years of recent and relevant hands-on coding experience Experience with coding for injections and infusions
