Job Description
SSM Health is seeking an inpatient coder responsible for coding and abstracting inpatient accounts in accordance with coding guidelines.
Key duties include assigning diagnostic and procedure codes, coordinating with clinical documentation and quality teams for MS-DRG validation, monitoring work queues, and generating coding queries as needed. No prior experience is required, and an Associate's degree or equivalent is accepted.
