Job Description
United Health Services in New York's Southern Tier is seeking an Inpatient Coder III to perform independent coding of inpatient medical records, assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS codes in accordance with guidelines and hospital policies.
This role requires prior inpatient coding experience, knowledge of DRG assignment, and completion of CPC/RHIA/RHIT/CCS or CIC certifications; a high school diploma is required, with associates degree preferred.
