FusionHCR seeks an experienced Inpatient Coder to ensure accurate coding of complex inpatient records for proper reimbursement and data integrity. You will review documentation, apply ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and MS-DRG guidelines, and support regulatory reporting. The role requires at least 3 years inpatient coding experience in acute care, CCS/RHIA/RHIT preferred, proficiency with 3M 360, and strong attention to detail.
