To support a diverse range of clients, the full-time Certified Profee Coding Specialist will provide accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties while working remotely and maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Key responsibilities: Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS for various specialties Calculate ProFee and Facility E/M levels utilizing company-provided algorithms and recognize critical care cases based on patient acuity Communicate professionally with clients to foster strong working relationships and support company interests Required qualifications: Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatory Minimum of 2 years of coding experience required Advanced knowledge of EMR and billing systems is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary Must maintain ongoing productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
