Dayton Children's is seeking an Inpatient Coder to support accurate and timely coding of inpatient, observation, and outpatient surgery records. You will examine electronic medical documentation to assign the correct diagnostic and procedural codes for clean claim submission. Under general supervision, you will work with EPIC, 3M Encoder, and pediatric-specific coding practices to ensure reimbursement goals are met.
