Key responsibilities Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure consistency in training data Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback Directly annotate data and provide feedback to optimize annotation quality when necessary Required qualifications MD or DO degree required Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medicine Experience with Claude code/AI tools (3+ years) Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and provide actionable feedback Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
