Providing comprehensive claims processing services, the full-time Claims Biller - Remote will manage patient billing, collections, and third-party payer relations for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Key responsibilities Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry Implement processes for follow-up on third-party approvals and collection of overdue accounts Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Required qualifications 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims Experience with Claims and Denial Queues Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is required High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
