To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed E&M Coder will review and analyze medical records, assign appropriate coding, and provide technical guidance to ensure accurate documentation and minimize claim denials. Key responsibilities Review and code medical record documentation for ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes Audit orders and claims for accuracy before submission Provide technical guidance to physicians and staff on coding issues and documentation accuracy Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Coding Certificate program (AAPC accredited) preferred One or more coding certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CPC, or CCS required No prior experience required; coding experience preferred Remote coding experience preferred
