Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a qualified SPEC, PHYS SVC CODING II to code physician charges using ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers from medical records. You will resolve pre-bill edits and denials, maintain high productivity and accuracy, and communicate coding issues to teams and clients.
Requirements include 3–5 years coding experience, CPC/CCS-P or equivalent, and strong knowledge of coding rules (CCI, LCD, NCD). Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected.
