To support the coding and charge capture process, the part-time hourly CPC Certified ETM Coder will work remotely, reviewing medical documentation, validating coding accuracy, and ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines. Key responsibilities Review provider documentation to ensure accurate procedural and diagnosis coding Process charges within 24-48 hours of clinic completion while maintaining a 95%+ accuracy rate Participate in ongoing education and collaborate with management to uphold coding standards and procedures Required qualifications CPC or equivalent certification is required High school diploma or equivalent; prior coding experience is strongly preferred Ability to organize and work independently in a professional setting Sound decision-making skills and high-level verbal and written communication skills Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding updates and changes
