Supporting a short-term coding project focused on Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Allergy/Immunology, experienced Professional Fee Medical Coders will work full-time or part-time for 30 to 60 days, reviewing documentation and assigning accurate codes for professional fee services. Key Responsibilities Review provider documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for professional fee services Accurately code E/M services and specialty procedures, including allergy-related services Ensure compliance with payer-specific, CMS, and coding guidelines while meeting productivity and quality standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Professional Fee coding experience Recent coding experience in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, or Allergy/Immunology Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, and Professional Fee E/M Coding Guidelines Hands-on experience with Cerner and 3M 360 Encompass Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and quality expectations
