To support a growing claims team, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and manage workers' compensation medical-only claims remotely, ensuring compliance with state regulations and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Investigate assigned workers' compensation claims by contacting injured workers, employers, and medical providers Evaluate claim details and medical information to determine compensability and set appropriate reserves Coordinate medical treatment and maintain regular contact with injured employees to support claim progression Required Qualifications Experience handling workers' compensation claims, particularly medical-only claims Strong understanding of Florida workers' compensation statutes and medical terminology Ability to evaluate claim exposure, reserves, and benefit entitlement Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience with claim systems, medical bill review, and reserving tools
