To support a neurology clinic, the full-time Remote PB Medical Coder will review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for billing and compliance while working independently in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform accurate coding of medical records in accordance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines Review and resolve coding discrepancies, denials, and documentation issues promptly Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while managing assigned work queues and chart reviews Required qualifications CPC certification from AAPC 3+ years of professional coding experience in neurology clinic coding High School Diploma or GED Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Strong knowledge of federal and state coding regulations and guidelines
