Key responsibilities: Conduct accurate coding for emergency department facility and professional fee services Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding requirements Required qualifications: AAPC or AHIMA Certification (CPC-A and CCA certifications are not accepted) Minimum of 3 years of production coding experience in ED-FP Proficiency in Injections and Infusions coding Proficiency in E/M Leveling for the ED At least 6 months of recent ED-FP coding experience
