Proficient computer and keyboarding skills and experience using Microsoft Office products. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, and pathophysiology. Knowledge of International Classification of Disease (ICD) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT). Knowledge of MS-DRG classification system.Principal Accountabilities and Essential DutiesAfter 6 months of experience, codes 2 Inpatient records per hour.
