Key responsibilities Guide research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure accuracy in training data Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback Directly annotate data for key tasks, including writing responses and assessing output quality Required qualifications MD or DO with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medicine Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C, or C++ Demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise in the Medical field Strong analytical abilities to evaluate annotation quality and provide actionable feedback Experience teaching advanced concepts and distilling complex problems into logical steps
