Detail-oriented and skilled, the remote NextGen Certified Medical Biller will manage payment posting for multiple healthcare organizations, reconcile deposits, and assist with billing inquiries while working a standard Monday-Friday schedule. Key responsibilities Perform payment posting for multiple FQHC and CHC organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Reconcile deposits, remittances, and electronic payment files while processing medical billing workflows Research payer requirements and assist with accounts receivable follow-up and customer service tasks Required qualifications 2+ years of medical billing experience 2+ years of NextGen experience Experience using clearinghouses and healthcare portals Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding Must be NextGen Certified (NCP) or able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
