Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Review patient accounts and supporting documentation to ensure all billable services and charges are captured accurately; Validate diagnosis and procedure codes on accounts for billing accuracy and payer requirements; escalate discrepancies for correction; Prepare and submit accurate electronic and paper claims to commercial insurance carriers and government payers; Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections, including corrections and resubmissions; Maintain accurate patient account information within the EMR and billing systems
