To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Oncology Coder Certified will review medical records, assign diagnoses and procedures, and ensure accurate coding while meeting productivity and quality performance standards. Key responsibilities Review medical records to identify and select principal diagnoses and procedures according to UHDDS definitions Ensure appropriate DRG assignment and abstract relevant information from medical records while maintaining real-time coding accuracy Participate in team meetings and training sessions, maintaining current knowledge of coding guidelines and contributing to a positive company image Required qualifications 3+ years of Oncology Profee coding experience 3+ years of Profee Coding experience Experience using EPIC with 3M 360 Current coding credentials such as CPC, COC, CIC, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding principles and guidelines
