As a key strategic contributor, the full-time Associate Director of Medical Information and Communication will lead the end-to-end medical communications for the cancer screening portfolio, ensuring alignment of scientific narratives across various channels in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the medical information inquiry response process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Develop and update medical content, including FAQs, training materials, and publication summaries
Support the development of medical communication activities and engage cross-functionally to maintain a unified scientific voice
Required qualifications
7+ years in Medical Affairs, with 3-5 years in Medical Communications or Information within the medical diagnostic industry
Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MS) preferred; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required
Proven experience implementing AI tools in content development and exceptional writing skills
Expert-level proficiency in developing scientific platforms and cross-functional engagement
Deep understanding of compliance guidelines and the MLR review process
