Pride Health is hiring a Coding Compliance Auditor for one of its clients in Maryland. This is a three-month contract with possible temp to hire, with competitive pay and benefits. There is a remote role, but it must be based in EST or CST hours.
Job Title: Coding Compliance Auditor
Pay range: $35 - $38 an hour on a W2
Location: Remote (Linthicum Heights, MD)
Duration: Three months of contract (possible temp to hire)
Shift: The core business hours are 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. Shift hours can be flexible and discussed with the manager.
Notes: Assessment will be given to qualified candidates identified by the client. Assessment will need to be completed and scored before proceeding with interview.
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Coding Compliance Auditor to review and audit inpatient and outpatient medical records for coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and appropriate reimbursement. This role serves as a coding subject matter expert, provides education and guidance to coding staff, and collaborates with clinical and documentation teams to ensure high-quality coding practices.
