Physician Enterprise Coder – RadiologyEdits and reviews captured charges and medical documentation to determine appropriate codes and modifiers for services rendered in office and hospital settings. Reviews outpatient and inpatient procedure reports, abstracts appropriate procedure codes, and enters charges into electronic medical records. Communicates documentation discrepancies with coding support staff and coding supervisor.
