Job Description Job Description Our multi-specialty medical facility is seeking a Part-Time Medical Biller/Coder (Between 25-30 hours per week). Compensation is based on experience. Bonus opportunities are available. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: Ensures timely, complete, and accurate submission of billing and invoicing Records receipts to patient accounts in an accurate and timely manner A/R Follow up on denied, under and overpaid claims Processes charges using a computerized billing system Performs audit of appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes for all charges Identifies corrections for registration Participates in training to improve knowledge of the billing process Reports any billing problems, issues, or discrepancies to the Billing Manager Stays current on all...
