The employee works/reviews all claims prior to their submission using department guidelines and Athena. Responsibilities & Standards: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with patients, coworkers and insurance carriers. Well-versed with all HIPAA Guidelines to ensure the protection of patient information from unauthorized inquiries.
