Job Title Responsible for: Reviews, analyzes, and codes documentation for hospital inpatient medical records to select and sequence the appropriate ICD-9-CM diagnosis, ICD-9-CM procedure codes, ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS as applicable to the transition to ICD-10. Primary coding responsibility is Inpatient Coding. Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours Qualifications Minimum education required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum experience required: One (1) year of coding experience required. Minimum licensure/certification required by law: None.
