Job Title HIM Certified Coder Job Summary The HIM Certified Coder reviews medical records and appropriately assigns Diagnosis and Procedure codes. Classification systems include ICD-9CM, CPT, HCPCS as well as other specialty systems as required by diagnostic category and current coding standards.
