Responsibilities As a Lead EW Coder, you will coordination of coding abstracting, statistics and data retrieval functions with accountability of Accounts Receivable targets, reporting deadlines and compliance with JCAHO indicators.
Some key responsibilities include:
Coding and abstracting of both Inpatient and Outpatient material.
Responsible for equitable distribution of work and for insuring that charts are processed in a timely way.
Schedules staff in accordance with workflow and work load and trouble shoots problem areas.
