Coder - Certified Reporting to the coding manager, the medical coder is responsible for review clinical documentation to abstract and/or validate CPT and ICD-10 coding for inpatient and outpatient professional services. The coder will ensure that medical records are coded in an accurate and timely manner as well as work closely with physicians to consistently and accurately translate clinical documentation and medical records into ICD-10 and CPT codes.
