Out Patient Coder/PRN - Medical Records Out-Patient Coder PRN position This position will analyze and assign appropriate diagnosis/procedure codes in accordance with coding guidelines for all physician clinics. Requires working with medical staff and others to obtain documentation to complete the medical records and ensure appropriate reimbursement.
