Summary: The Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for services rendered across all clinic sites. This role ensures coding accuracy, compliance with federal and payer-specific regulations, and supports timely, clean claim submission within eClinicalWorks (eCW). The Medical Coder plays a key role in minimizing denials, protecting revenue integrity, and supporting the organization's FQHC compliance and reporting requirements (including UDS and Section 330 obligations where applicable).Required Vaccines and Test: Influenza, Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TB test, and Negative Drug Test results.
