Outpatient Medical Coder 2 This area codes inpatient and outpatient medical records to facilitate the reimbursement and data collection for the individual business units of the OSU Health System. ICD-10-CM codes are assigned for the diagnoses and procedures for all inpatients treated within the OSU Health System.
