POSITION SUMMARY The Medical Assistant Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a clinical site, ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery. This role supervises both clinical and non‑clinical support staff, coordinates with providers and departments, and manages patient flow and related systems to maintain a safe, positive environment. Additionally, the supervisor is required to fulfill all responsibilities associated with the roles of Associate Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Senior Medical Assistant.
