Out Patient Coder/PRN - Medical Records Out-Patient Coder PRN position This position will analyze and assign appropriate diagnosis/procedure codes in accordance with coding guidelines for all physician clinics. Requires working with medical staff and others to obtain documentation to complete the medical records and ensure appropriate reimbursement. Assists with all outpatient audits from Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and all other private insurance agencies. Requirements: LPN, RHIT or RHIA, required.
